Is my data private?
Yes. Your files and conversations live on the box in your office. Nothing you put into Company Brain trains anyone else's AI, and nothing goes to a cloud model unless you have allowed that kind of work.
What happens if the internet goes down?
The box keeps working inside your office, so people at their desks can still use it. Phone access from outside the office needs a connection, and it comes back on its own when your internet does.
What if an AI provider has an outage?
Your team will barely notice. Company Brain runs its own model on the box and can switch between several leading cloud models, so one company's outage or usage limit does not stop your work.
Do staff need their own AI accounts?
No. Everyone signs in with a company login that we set up and you control. Nobody needs a personal AI subscription, and company information stays out of personal accounts.
Which AI models does it use?
Leading open models that run on the box itself, plus leading cloud models for the work you allow. We are never tied to one provider, and we update the models as better ones come out.
How long does setup take?
Usually two to three weeks from signing to a working system: one day on site to install the box, a week or two loading your information and setting up each role, then a training session with your team.
What support is included?
A named person who knows your install, help by email and phone during business hours, model and software updates, and a check in every quarter to tune it as your business changes. New connections and extra training are available as consulting.
