Privacy.
The short version: we collect what you type into the contact form, we use it to reply to you, and we do not track you.
What this site collects
Nothing, unless you submit the contact form. This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, no third-party scripts and no cookies. Fonts are served from this domain rather than a font network, so no third party sees your visit.
If you use the contact form
We receive the name, company, email address, phone number, selected review type and message you enter, along with the time of submission. We use it to reply to your enquiry and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a mailing list.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure and delivered to Charles & Roe Inc. Our website hosting and email routing are provided by Cloudflare, which processes standard server request data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will action it.
Client work
Where we run AI systems for a client, that client's data stays on infrastructure they or we control, is not used to train third-party models, and is governed by the agreement we sign with them. That is the entire point of the service.
